There’s a whole host of websites to sell your car on. But don’t be afraid, Used-cars.gb.com is here to make your life easier. Here’s a list of the biggest ones with a small review: Autotrader.co.uk There isn’t much you can’t do on AutoTrader. As you may already know it started as a popular classifieds magazines for all types of cars. The natural progression meant it went to the internet and thus made it even better. You can buy and sell cars from their site and all the vehicles split into their separate channels for easy finding – cars, bikes, vans, trucks, plant, caravans and boats to name a few. AutoTrader’s cars database is now reaching the 300,000 mark which is also helped by their sister site www.topmarques.co.uk

The interesting advantage that Cardata offers is the fact that they will give you a free month-long gearbox and engine warranty, with any car under 10 years old and with fewer than 10,000 miles on the clock. This gives you a great incentive and security if you’re not sure about buying privately.

Also it’s not a good idea to buy a car without seeing it first, although some sellers will let you see the car first before the bidding closes.
